Our Process

  • During your complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation, you'll give us a virtual tour of the spaces you'd like help with. We'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, recommend the best approach for your project, provide an estimated timeline and investment, and review available dates to get your project underway.

  • Once you're ready to move forward, we'll prepare your client agreement outlining the services we discussed, your project details, and the required 50% deposit. Once we receive your signed agreement and deposit, your project dates will be confirmed.

  • Together, we'll edit your space by sorting through your belongings and thoughtfully deciding what stays and what no longer serves you. Our proven process keeps decision-making manageable and efficient, making what often feels overwhelming surprisingly easy.

  • This is the fun part! Once the editing is complete, we'll "Spiff" your space by creating customized systems that maximize storage, make everyday items easy to find, and simplify your daily routines.

    Many clients choose to return to work or enjoy their day while we handle the transformation, coming home to a beautifully organized space. If you'd rather work alongside us, we're happy to guide you every step of the way.

  • We take care of the finishing touches, from sourcing and placing organizing products to labeling and coordinating the responsible removal of donations, recycling, and trash. For larger projects, we partner with a green-certified hauling company that responsibly donates and recycles items whenever possible, and we're happy to pass our preferred pricing on to our clients. Before we leave, we'll walk you through your newly organized spaces, explain how each system works, and answer any final questions so you can confidently maintain your new systems and enjoy your beautifully organized home.

  • Our complimentary 30-minute consultation is a relaxed conversation to help us understand your project. During our time together, we'll:

    • Take a look at the spaces you'd like help with

    • Discuss your goals and priorities

    • Explain how we typically approach projects

    • Answer any questions you have

    • Share an approximate investment range

  • Not at all. In fact, seeing your home exactly as you live in it helps us better understand how we can create systems that work for your family.

  • We typically book 6 to 8 hours so we can get meaningful work done in a single day. The only part we truly need you for is the edit, when we decide together what stays. From there, you're free to step away and let us handle the rest, checking in whenever you like.

    1. We remove all the items from the space

    2. We group those items into categories

    3. We say goodbye to items that no longer serve you

    4. We bring the spiff to your space! (aka we give you a beautiful solution that helps you manage your household going forward)

  • My favorite thing to do isn’t specific to a space, I just absolutely love the consultation process. I love being able to see what is troubling our clients and helping them come up with solutions that will make their lives easier.     Tackling larger organizing projects by yourself can feel overwhelming and time-consuming. We have a large team of expert organizers ready to help you reach those lofty goals faster and get your home back on track. Can you feel the clouds lifting already?

  • With a lot of patience, empathy, and understanding. The challenge is to strike a balance of making space for things but being mindful about not keeping too many items, which can prevent clients from reaching their goals of an organized, beautiful space. 

    There are ways to preserve the sentiment without keeping every item. There are also ways of keeping and honoring items but storing them in a space that is separate from a client’s everyday storage space.
